Für unsere Montage suchen wir zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), der mit Leidenschaft und Know-how zur Qualität unserer Produkte beiträgt. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit unserer Produktion und dem Engineering Team zusammen, um die Anlagen nach den technischen Vorgaben termingerecht fertigzustellen.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Durchführung der mechanischen Montage von Baugruppen und Maschinen gemäß technischer Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
• Justierung, Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme von mechanischen Komponenten nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan
• Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte und Rückmeldung im ERP-System
• Technische Unterstützung von beauftragten Fremdfirmen
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der geltenden Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards durch Sicht- und Funktionsprüfungen
• Unterstützung der Funktionsprüfung nach Übergabe an das Inbetriebnahme-Team
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungen nach Wartungsplan

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf; vorzugsweise als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d)
• Umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Montage von komplexen mechanischen Baugruppen aus Metall und Kunststoff
• Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
• Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen von Zeichnungen und technologischem Schema
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1-B2)
• Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft für Montageeinsätze bei Kunden
