Die Aufgaben von Industriekaufleuten versteht man am besten in Abgrenzung zu denen von Kaufleuten für Büromanagement. Während letztere Sachverhalte eher organisieren, strukturieren und koordinieren, gehst du den Dingen vermehrt betriebswirtschaftlich auf den Grund. Während deiner Ausbildung durchläufst du alle Abteilungen unseres Industriebetriebs – vom Marketing über den Vertrieb und das Personal bis hin zum Einkauf und dem Controlling. Somit erhältst du auch Einblicke in unsere Produktion und Logistik. Begleitend zur praktischen Ausbildung bei ebm-papst, besuchst du an ein bis zwei Tagen in der Woche eine kaufmännische Berufsschule in Schwenningen.
