Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in supporting industrial activities at Badli Depots as part of the DMRC L2 Project – a 10-year service contract. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, quality, supply chain, and sourcing), implement industrial work instructions, and ensure the maintenance of industrial equipment, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of assessing preventive and overhaul activities with DMRC/Alstom staff, but also support creating task lists, sequencing, and method execution.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting the implementation of industrial work instructions
Identifying gaps between detailed work instructions and actual activities
Verifying the list of parts for maintenance, including local technical information and supplier requirements
Providing inputs for the design of material handling equipment and specific tooling
Ensuring maintenance of industrial equipment
Managing maintenance and control of active tools on-site and at subcontractors
Handling activities related to industrial processes, including supplier follow-up and internal tracking
Supporting the creation of standard operating procedures and work instructions
Participating in inspections and self-checks
Maintaining traceability and audit documentation

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong hands-on experience in preventive and overhaul maintenance processes
Experience in rolling stock maintenance (minimum 5 years)
Knowledge of GSI/SAP
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, SAP, and Maximo
Autonomous, rigorous, and excellent communication skills
Innovative mindset and ability to collaborate effectively within business workgroups
