Our Miskolc facility is a key regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global customer base. We are seeking an Industrialization Engineer to join our team.

Lead industrialization activities from a production standpoint during all GKN Program Launches for plant(s) as well as developing a strong prototype and pre-production program. Create a 'Quality at Rate' mentality complying with lean principles & DES in all activities. Contributes to the preparation of future (C-Phase) programs.

• Project Planning: Produce workstream or project plans
• Manufacturing Methods/Processes Development: Identify shortcomings in existing manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures
• Operating Machine or Equipment: Operate complex systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity, carrying out new product trails and for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
• Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)
• Proactive and result-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a Team
• Confident in English (spoken & written), Hungarian is also required
• Manage assigned projects independently
• Open to travel
