  • Advise industrial occupiers on property strategies that optimise operations.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver service excellence across the property cycle.
  • Lead client meetings, prepare reports, and act as a key liaison for strategy implementation.
  • Drive business development through market engagement, forums, and targeted outreach.
  • Secure new tenant representation assignments and identify cross-business opportunities.
  • Contribute to financial performance, budgeting, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of referrals and shared success.
  • Stay ahead of market trends through continuous learning and industry engagement.

Qualifications

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned property professional ready to shape strategy, build relationships, and grow their market presence. Be part of a team that’s redefining industrial advisory in Australia.

  • 5–10 years’ experience in property advisory or tenant representation.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial property market and leasing fundamentals.
  • LFR experience an advantage with flexibility to work with clients holistically across sectors.
  • Proven success in solution sales to corporate clients at board level.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Financial acumen and ability to deliver strategic insights.
  • A performance-driven mindset with a collaborative spirit.
