Aureol Global Connections is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Structural Steel Spray Painter to join our skilled workforce. This position involves preparing and applying protective coatings and paints to structural steel components used in industrial applications. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality finishes that protect steel structures from corrosion and wear, contributing to the longevity and safety of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare steel surfaces by cleaning, sandblasting, and masking to ensure proper adhesion of coatings.
• Operate spray painting equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently to structural steel.
• Mix and prepare paint, primers, and other finishing materials according to specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
• Maintain and clean spray painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a spray painter specializing in industrial structural steel.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques such as sandblasting and cleaning.
• Proficient in operating spray painting equipment and mixing materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.
• Understanding of health and safety standards in industrial painting environments.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and working at heights if required.
