We are seeking an experienced Ironworker / Plenum Assembler to join our RoXteel team supporting industrial and data center projects. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on ironworking experience—particularly with rigging, crane operations, and structural assembly—who enjoys physical work, takes pride in precision, and wants a long-term opportunity with growth potential. You’ll be assembling large-scale steel plenums in a fast-paced production environment, with the opportunity to advance into a Team Lead role. Key Responsibilities
Assemble steel plenums and prepare materials for fabrication and shipping
Operate power tools including saws, drills, grinders, and nail guns safely and efficiently
Read tape measures accurately and mark steel for cuts, drilling, and assembly
Perform grinding and cleaning of metal surfaces to meet quality standards
Load, stack, move, and organize steel materials and tools throughout the work area
Follow rigging procedures, hand signals, and crane safety protocols when applicable
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications Required:
Previous ironworking, steel fabrication, or similar hands-on construction/manufacturing experience
Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16"
Experience using power tools in a production or construction setting
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights when needed
Professional working proficiency in English
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)
Preferred:
Experience with rigging, crane operations, and hand signals
Ability to read basic part prints or shop drawings
Previous experience in industrial or data center environments
