Bowhill Engineering is expanding our Surface Treatment team — and we’re looking for experienced Industrial Spray Painters ready to make their mark on major infrastructure, mining and defence projects across Australia.

About the Role - You’ll be responsible for:

  • Performing industrial spray painting and surface coating of high-quality steel components.
  • Ensuring premium surface finish standards in line with client specifications.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members to maintain high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial spray painting or surface coating.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Certificate III in Surface Preparation & Coating Application – highly regarded, but relevant experience will be considered.
  • Forklift, EWP and Working at Heights tickets – desirable but training available.
