Finance Specialist - Industrial Solutions | Stiles Machinery

If you love finance, come from a banking, leasing, or equipment finance background, and enjoy partnering with sales teams while staying close to the deal-making process, we have a great opportunity for you at Stiles Machinery. This isn't just a back-office role - you'll be working directly with customers and sales to structure creative finance solutions for high-value industrial equipment, including CNC woodworking machinery.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with sales teams to provide tailored leasing and financing solutions for capital equipment.
• Guide customers through the financing process from application to funding, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Build relationships with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders to structure deals that work for everyone.
• Analyze customer needs, develop financing plans, and communicate complex options clearly.
• Track and manage deal flow, approvals, and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• Background in finance, banking, equipment leasing, or similar.
• Engaging, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working closely with sales teams and clients.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Prior experience with industrial machinery or equipment finance is a plus.
