Job Description

Salary: $30.00 - $37.00 per (and higher depending on experience and capabilities) hour Full-Time year-round work + Excellent Benefits package!

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in the field
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using multimeter and other testing equipment
• Previous experience Installing and laying out conduit and conductor terminations in 480/277V and 208/120V applications
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including motors, drives, and control systems
• Previous experience roughing in and installing distribution equipment such as switchgear, switchboards, transformers, distribution panels, and other pieces of distribution equipment
• Ability to assess job/issue and generate solution including labor activities, material list, and quotable items required to properly repair or install per facility request.
• Collaborate and effectively communicate with facility staff
• Ability to take direction and work well with others
• Eagerness to learn and utilize industry leading Technology
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of NFPA 70, NEC, and OSHA regulations
• Physical stamina for heavy industrial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems
• State of Alabama Journeyman or Electrical Contractor License
• Certifications in electrical safety (OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
