Job Description

Are you a results-driven sales professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with strong customer relationships? CCR is looking for a Industrial Segment Salesman to support our continued growth and drive sales development across Poland

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and deliver tailored refrigeration solutions to customers across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing sales of refrigeration equipment (comprehensive turnkey solutions) for the industrial segment (mainly clients from the production and warehousing sectors)
  • Analyzing customer needs and offering tailored refrigeration solutions
  • Regular customer visits across Poland
  • Conducting commercial negotiations and preparing offers, contracts, and analyses
  • Close cooperation with the Solutions Department team in developing and executing the sales strategy
  • Monitoring the market and providing analyses and insights supporting company growth
  • Maintaining sales documentation and reporting results in accordance with applicable procedures
  • Working with CRM (Salesforce)
  • Achieving sales and margin targets

Qualifications

  • Higher education (refrigeration, mechanical engineering, or HVAC)
  • Experience in technical B2B sales in the industrial refrigeration industry
  • Proven sales achievements
  • Very good knowledge of the Polish industrial refrigeration market
  • Good knowledge of refrigeration technologies and the ability to present their business value
  • Highly developed negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Strong results orientation and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Very good organizational skills, planning ability, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team (in a sales and engineering environment)
  • Category B driving license
  • Willingness to travel for business
  • Knowledge of English
