THE POSITION:

We have multiple roles for Full-Time Reliever Security Officer roles available, predominantly located in Bunbury, Kemerton and Collie. As a key member of our Southwest teams, you will play an integral role in maintaining security across various sites.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

· Location: Southwest of Western Australia – multiple sites including Power Plants, Lithium Plants, Energy sites.

· Full-Time Site Relivers

· Variety of rosters depending on the site

· Potential earnings up to $90000 (*Potential earnings up to $90000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)

· Level 3-5

Wilson Security is expanding in Western Australia, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of WA. This growth has created new roles within our WA team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

Wilson Security is seeking Security Officers to support our Security Services operations across the Southwest region.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain the security and safety of designated sites, personnel and visitors.

· Provide professional, friendly customer service to clients, employees, contractors and visitors.

· Perform gatehouse duties, including managing site access and assisting with entry and exit requirements.

· Conduct scheduled and responsive vehicle and foot patrols, identifying and reporting hazards, suspicious activity and security concerns.

· Monitor and operate site security systems, including CCTV and access control systems, where required.

· Prepare clear, accurate and detailed incident, observation and handover reports.

· Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures and escalation processes.

· Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management.

· Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work additional shifts when required.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· Proven experience in the Security Industry

· Excellent verbal communication and customer services skills.

· Intermediate Computer knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

· Willingness to be trained in various Security Access Control and CCTV Programs

· Excellent verbal communication and customer services skills.

· Take pride in their presentation and bearing in all interactions.

· Flexibility to work 24/7

· Current WA Security License

· Current WA Driver’s License

· Current First Aid Certificate

· Collect Specimens for Drugs of abuse testing (HLTPAT005)

· Certificate II in Emergency Medical Service First Response [HLT21112]

· White Card

· Basic Fire and Fire Warden – [PUAFER008], [CPPFES2005], [PUAFER005]
