About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Industrial Sales Manager to help accelerate growth across our industrial markets.

In this role, you'll sell industrial power solutions, including batteries, power systems, and related services that help customers maintain reliable and uninterrupted operations across utilities, energy, infrastructure, and other critical industries.

This is more than a sales role. You'll work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and deliver integrated solutions that combine products, systems, and lifecycle services to create lasting value.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial markets
• Build strategic account plans and grow long-term customer partnerships
• Lead consultative sales engagements focused on customer outcomes
• Expand service and aftermarket revenue through maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, and lifecycle support solutions
• Negotiate commercial agreements, including long-term service and framework contracts
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM management
• Collaborate with Engineering, Service, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver integrated customer solutions

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven success in industrial B2B sales

✔ Experience selling technical products, systems, or service solutions

✔ Strong consultative and solution-selling approach

✔ Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

✔ Commercial acumen and negotiation expertise

✔ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

✔ Engineering, Business, or related degree is advantageous
