Industrial Sales Manager

• This role is responsible for strategic account planning within the highly competitive industrial printing market, tailoring solutions, and leading complex contract negotiations while ensuring effective risk mitigation. The professional drives influence through collaborative leadership, provides strategic business direction, and continuously monitors the performance of the installed base, as well as the development of a robust new customer pipeline, with a focus on sustainable market share growth.
Responsibilities
• Act as the technical and commercial subject matter expert for business partners on complex matters related to the organization's products, services, promotions, and configurations.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at driving sustainable sales growth while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Collaborate with partners to develop customized solutions that address specific customer needs, ensuring alignment between the organization's offerings and customers' business objectives.
• Lead and manage complex contract negotiations, ensuring that agreed terms and conditions meet stakeholder expectations and support the organization's strategic goals.
• Identify, recruit, and develop new business partners, conducting risk assessments and presenting sound business cases to support organizational investments.
• Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact partnership success, define mitigation strategies, and ensure the effective implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and enablement initiatives for business partners, promoting knowledge of products, services, and market trends to strengthen their commercial capabilities.
• Continuously monitor business performance against established targets by analyzing key performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing actions to optimize results.
Recommended Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or Graduate degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience combined with demonstrated technical and commercial competence.
• Typically possesses 7-10 years of professional experience, preferably in high-value consultative sales within the industrial printing industry or related sectors.
