Mission:

Consistently grow lead conversion to meet or exceed revenue & margin goals. This position provides sales and administrative support focused on project scope and requirements to the Industrial Sales Representatives.

Obsessions

1) Consistently providing accurate and timely project estimates, working with Rehlko and with third party vendors.

2) Enabling outside Account Managers to utilize their time more efficiently by providing top-level inside support.

3) Maximizing profitability of quotes issued by utilizing appropriate vendors to minimize project costs.

Expectations:

• Responsible for incoming RFQ’s from the Industrial Sales Department.
• Develop scope and project requirements as related to generators and transfer switches.
• Prepare cost estimates and equipment bids.
• Develop and follow a bid schedule in Salesforce and respond to internal request for bids.
• Report quotations, sales, and project schedule in Salesforce.
• Review weekly quote reports with team and offer input as needed.

Success Metrics:

• Most Critical Outcome: All quotes completed and delivered to applicable Account Managers and Project Managers at least 24 hours in advance of project bid date.

Additional Measurements:

• Quote Turnaround Time: Achieve an average quote turnaround time of 24 hours prior to bid date.
• Win Rate of Submitted Quotes: Track and strive for a minimum 25–30% win rate on quotes submitted (based on historical performance and market dynamics).
• CRM/Quote Entry Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance in logging quotes, bid schedules, and related activities in Salesforce.
• Customer Satisfaction Score: Achieve an 85%+ satisfaction rating from internal/external stakeholders on responsiveness, accuracy, and communication

Qualifications/Experience/Education:

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred, or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to read and understand project electrical specifications and plans.
• Mechanical/Electrical background preferred.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
• Must be a team player, detail-orientated, and flexible
• Ability to manage the pressure of interruptions while working on multiple tasks
• Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
• Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office 360 and other Microsoft products/systems.
• Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn new systems quickly and train/support team in adoption.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation, which includes a motor vehicle check, and drug screen.
