Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Represent the organization in CCMA proceedings and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to management on industrial relations issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and related documentation.
• Collaborate with HR teams to promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Education Matric (Grade 12) is essential. A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, or Labour Relations is required.
• Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience dealing with disciplinary matters and CCMA proceedings.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant Human Resource experience is necessary.
