Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
• Customer Relationships Build and maintain strong client connections.
• Project Support Assist in system design, pricing, and internal reviews.
• Pipeline Management Keep sales opportunities moving forward.
• Team Collaboration Coordinate resources and participate in team meetings.
• Market Insight Share trends and customer feedback to guide strategy.
• Reporting Provide accurate forecasts and updates.
• Industry Engagement Represent the company at events and expos.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in industrial refrigeration, engineering, or technical sales
• Experience with ammonia, CO₂ systems, heat pumps, and recovery tech
• Strong design and drawing interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Certifications like PE, PMP, or Refrigeration Certificate are a plus
