Job Description

Industrial Projects Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering, technical, and operational projects from initiation to completion.
  • Apply industrial engineering tools such as value stream mapping, time-and-motion studies, and root cause analysis to inform process improvements.
  • Maintain issue logs and risk registers, including corresponding mitigation plans and resolution updates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate current operational processes and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with The Companys health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all phases of each project.
Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required
  • Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production management, or a related technical field.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies is advantageous.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in industrial engineering or process improvement, preferably in high-SKU manufacturing environments.
  • Strong project management experience in operational or manufacturing settings.
  • Experience in layout planning, lean implementation, and process improvements.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma.
