OUR TEAM

In the Industrial Progress Team, we aim to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and value creation by driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting strategic projects across the organization.

MISSION

In this role, you will:

1. Drive operational excellence and productivity improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using the DMAIC methodology to enhance operational performance, efficiency, and value creation across People, Profit, and Planet dimensions.

2. Support transformation and project deployment: Manage and support improvement projects by applying Michelin Way tools and methodologies to achieve sustainable business results.

3. Enable change and continuous improvement culture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management, strengthen operational practices, and embed continuous improvement capabilities within the organization.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or continuous improvement methodologies

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results through collaboration

  • Business proficiency in Thai and English
