About the Department

At the Industrial Engineering Department, we aim to improve performance and efficiency by deploying Michelin Way tools, developing operational excellence, and enabling teams to manage their own progress sustainably.

Mission

In this role, you will:

  • Support and accelerate progress initiatives using Michelin Way tools, methods, and approaches

  • Deploy industrial engineering fundamentals (IE Basics) and ensure they are implemented and sustained

  • Enable operational teams to become autonomous in managing their performance and progress initiatives

  • Support change management, ensuring acceptance of change and engagement of key stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with operational teams and managers to drive sustainable improvements

Who We Are Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Chemical, Mechanical, or related fields)

  • 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering (New graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvement

  • Good communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge constructively

  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English

Selection Process Requirement

  • Candidates will be required to pass a Logical Test and an Industrial Engineering (IE) Test during the selection process
