Job Description

Bemana is searching for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the team of a well-established lumber company in Lake Panasoffkee, FLThis full-time role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Our client is seeking candidates open to working on of the following shifts: 4AM-11AM, 10 AM-6PM, or 11AM- 7PM.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Hourly rates are $26-32/hour depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to minimize downtime.
• Analyze issues and interpret technical documentation to execute effective repairs.
• Inspect, operate, and test equipment to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lock-out/Tag-out protocols and company policies.
• Complete assigned work orders promptly, maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Equivalent education, training, or experience will also be considered.
• Preferred skills:
• Mechanical knowledge
• Welding experience
• Strong electrical background
• PLC Experience
