Could you be the full-time Site Industrial Planner in Savli we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial planning expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the adequacy between demand (firm & forecast) and resources (manufacturing & procurement) to meet customer expectations in terms of quality, cost, and delivery, while optimizing site resources such as people, machines, and cash. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, procurement, and planning teams), ensure the application of Industrial Planning Golden Rules, and contribute to the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap actions related to industrial planning topics, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of demand management and scheduling in the Core Planning Tools and/or ERP, but also ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules when moving in workshops.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the application of Industrial Planning Golden Rules and processes

  • Contributing to achieving Industrial Planning KPIs targets

  • Driving actions related to the APSYS roadmap for industrial planning

  • Managing demand and scheduling in Core Planning Tools and/or ERP

  • Applying and ensuring compliance with EHS rules (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan)

  • Supporting the team with innovative solutions to improve ways of working

  • Degree in a relevant field

  • Experience in industrial planning

  • Knowledgeable of End-to-End (E2E) vision for Industrial Planning processes and their impact in ERP for procurement and manufacturing

  • Scheduling basics knowledge

  • Good knowledge of Core Planning Tools, ERP, and Excel

  • Good level of English

  • Team management experience (desirable)

  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

  • Innovative, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset

  • Sense of urgency and ability to synthesize critical issues

  • Autonomy and a positive, solution-driven approach
