Description de la mission

Your mission will be to support the industrial workstreams of the VCP by helping to identify, validate, coordinate, and track manufacturing, footprint, productivity, and operational improvement initiatives to deliver savings and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiative Pipeline Management
- Review underlying assumptions and help ensure they are consistent, realistic, and well documented.
- Validate business cases with Plant Managers and the Finance team.
- Ensure technical feasibility and realistic timelines.

• Execution Leadership
- Support workshops, problem-solving sessions, and continuous improvement activities.

• Operational Performance Tracking
- Provide data on productivity KPIs, bottlenecks, capacity, and cost drivers.
- Monitor impact realization and reconcile with Finance.

• Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Purchasing (supplier optimization), Engineering (process changes), and Quality.
- Track initiative dependencies and support the initiative owners to reflect them accurately in the VCP roadmap.


Profil

Engineer degree with specialization in Finance/Controlling preferred

Required Skills & Profile
• Strong operational manufacturing background.
• Understanding of industrial productivity levers.
• Ability to work effectively with plant teams and contribute to cross-functional coordination.

Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
