Wagner is hiring an Industrial Painter to apply high-quality coatings to metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet both visual and performance standards.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • $5/hour shift premium for 2nd shift

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, degreasing, inspection)
  • Set up and operate spray equipment and coating systems
  • Apply industrial coatings to meet quality and finish standards
  • Inspect parts and identify defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of paints and materials
  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in industrial painting, powder coating, or manufacturing painting
  • Strong understanding of coating application methods and equipment
  • Attention to detail and pride in finish quality
  • Ability to work independently and manage workflow
  • Basic math and measuring skills
