Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial engineering and performance optimization expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and results-driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and improving performance across Services NAM sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance), lead performance improvement initiatives, and optimize industrial methods to enhance efficiency and reliability.
You’ll specifically take care of on-site industrial assessments and operational performance reviews, but also support the deployment of digital tools and continuous improvement programs.
We’ll look to you for:
Leading performance improvement initiatives across O&M activities, focusing on efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery.
Optimizing industrial methods such as cycle time reduction, task sequencing, workload balancing, and process standardization.
Analyzing operational and maintenance data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Driving standardization of industrial processes, KPIs, and best practices across sites and regions.
Defining and implementing optimized work methods and maintenance strategies to improve asset availability and lifecycle performance.
Supporting the deployment of digital tools like OdyC to enhance service execution, planning, and monitoring.
Developing and improving planning and scheduling practices to optimize resource utilization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and execute improvement plans.
Contributing to the definition and tracking of performance dashboards, metrics, and reporting routines.
Providing technical expertise and coaching to field teams on industrial engineering and performance optimization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial operations, maintenance, or performance improvement roles.
Strong knowledge of methods engineering, time studies, work measurement, and process optimization.
Solid understanding of maintenance strategies, reliability engineering, and industrial processes.
Experience with performance analysis, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with digital tools for operations and maintenance (e.g., CMMS, performance dashboards, OdyC preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Operational and industrial mindset with a focus on execution and efficiency.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
A continuous improvement and change management mindset.
