Maintenance Mechanic

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Southeastern Pennsylvania | Full-Time | On-Site

Henpen Consultants is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a confidential manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, motors, and conveyors.
• Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document completed repairs.
• Inspect and replace worn components.
• Follow safety procedures and support reliable plant operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand, power, and precision measuring tools.
• Basic computer skills; CMMS experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability for overtime as needed.

Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours. No sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
