Responsible for developing continuous improvement projects in production and management processes and eliminating legal exposure to environmental and sustainability issues, making deliveries that satisfy stakeholders, transforming ideas and the needs of interlocutors into practical actions, paying attention to the business, applying the Technical Standards and Legislation in force, with socio-environmental responsibility and technological improvement, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and the Casais values.
1) Support and analyze the main indicators of continuous improvement, quality, production in an industrial environment, using statistical methods and in order to determine the manufacturing process, team requirements and production standards;
2) Draw up reports on continuous improvement, quality and production activities;
3) Support the definition and execution of objectives, quality control activities, promoting the optimization of production processes, maximizing product reliability and minimizing costs;
4) Supporting the control processes in the production area;
5) Design, using tools, the layout of equipment, materials and workspaces in order to promote maximum organizational efficiency.
6) Participating in the development of policies and systems for continuous improvement in production.
