As an Industrial Maintenance Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that production equipment operates at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, and executing repairs that keep our clients' operations running seamlessly. Your contributions will directly impact productivity, safety, and overall operational excellence across the facility.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, controls, and circuit panels
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential mechanical or electrical failures
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, components, and fixtures
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and production disruptions
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Assist with mechanical repairs, including belts, bearings, chains, and hydraulic systems as needed
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following housekeeping standards
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance with a strong electrical focus
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, including 3-phase power, motors, and control circuits
- Proficiency in using multimeters, meggers, and other diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various industrial settings
- Knowledge of PLCs and automated control systems is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as required
Shifts are the standard 1st/2nd/3rd shifts.
