Job Location Prinsburg, MNSalary Range $24.00 - $31.00 Hourly

Job Shift First

We have an opportunity for a motivated Maintenance Technician in Prinsburg, MN. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes dental, vision, 100% paid life insurance, and two medical plan options. In addition, we offer a 401k that is matched up to 5% deferred and 100% vested immediately upon participation. This position pays between $24-31 depending on experience.

We are looking for a team member who wants to learn and grow in the following areas:

• Installing, repairing and maintaining production machines and plant facility equipment.

• Provide scheduled and emergency/unscheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment during production.

• Read and interpret work orders to perform required maintenance and service, according to our equipment manuals or manufacturer’s recommendations.

Qualifications:


• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required with an AA degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance is preferred.

• A minimum of one year of hands-on industrial or production maintenance experience.

• Experience in extrusion, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills are preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds for less than 1/3 of the day and 50 pounds for 1/3 of the day, use hands and reach with hands/arms, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for up to 2/3 of the workday; and good distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate colors.
