As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our corrugated manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of industrial equipment while partnering with production to minimize downtime and improve reliability. Your work directly impacts safety, production reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM). Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
You enjoy troubleshooting and take pride in finding the root cause of equipment problems rather than simply replacing parts. You’re dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with production and other maintenance team members.
This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing facility where every day brings new challenges. You’ll spend most of your shift diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and working alongside production to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
