Requirements

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will:

• Install, dismantle, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and alignment-related issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and machinery inspections
• Execute precision mechanical alignments and adjustments
• Support equipment installations and plant shutdown projects
• Work directly with customers to deliver technical solutions
• Travel throughout the Northeast and occasionally across the U.S.
• Learn advanced alignment and metrology technologies used by top manufacturers

What We're Looking For

You could be an excellent fit if you have:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance, millwright, machinery repair, or related experience
• Technical school, apprenticeship, military mechanical training, or trade certification
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
• Basic rigging or machinery moving experience
• A mechanical mindset and passion for learning
• A self-driven, dependable work ethic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments
