Second Shift Monday thru Friday 2:00 pm- 12:00 am (50 hour work weeks)
Pay $20.00-$25.00 based upon experience
We’re excited to welcome a 2nd-Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic! In this role, you’ll ensure machines and equipment run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and bring ideas to improve performance.
What You’ll Do
• Maintain and repair rubber manufacturing equipment, including extruders, mixers, mills, boilers, water chillers/heaters, steam presses, forklifts, silos, oil tanks, conveyors, and more
• Perform light cleaning and preventive maintenance
• Work independently, with vendors, and as part of a team
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
Qualifications
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights, and fit into tight spaces
• Comfortable standing for 10-hour shifts
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Positive attitude and integrity
• Willingness and ability to learn new things every day
Preferred Skills but not required
• Experience with rubber manufacturing equipment or similar machinery
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical failures
• 2+ years in a maintenance role with one company preferred
