INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC — 1ST SHIFT

We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic on 1st Shift at our Fremont facility. Whether you're early in your maintenance career or you've got years of industrial experience behind you, if you know how to diagnose a problem and fix it right, we want to talk.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures on production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
• Diagnose root causes — not just patch symptoms
• Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records
• Identify recurring issues and help develop lasting fixes
• Support installation and commissioning of new or modified equipment
• Keep your workspace, tools, and parts areas organized and safe

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome candidates at all experience levels. What matters most is mechanical aptitude, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to doing the job right.

• Background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance preferred
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals a plus
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment
• Strong troubleshooting instincts — you think it through before you turn a wrench
• Dependable, self-directed, and able to prioritize on a busy production floor
• Experience in food manufacturing a bonus, not a requirement
