PPS is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for 1st and 2nd shift with our northeast Ohio manufacturing partners. These teams produce precision components using CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis equipment, offering strong growth and advancement.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair CNC and electro-mechanical systems, analyze malfunctions, adjust settings, replace faulty components, run test cycles, and ensure machines meet spec. Perform mechanical, electrical, and incidental welding work. Use precision test tools, read diagrams/schematics, and maintain a safe, clean work area.
What You Need:
HS diploma/GED required; 5+ years maintenance experience; technical degree preferred. Strong CNC troubleshooting background, including spindle alignment, squareness, positioning accuracy, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems. Experience with Mazak, Mitsui Seiki, Haas, Fanuc, Mitsubishi controls a plus.
Shifts & Benefits:
1st: 7am–3:30pm | 2nd: 3:30pm–12am. OT available. Must pass background/drug screen and reliably commute. Medical partially paid, vacation/holidays, and up to 3% retirement match. Equal Opportunity Employer.
