Exciting Internship Opportunity in Unit Process Engineering: Dive into the World of Semiconductor Backend Final Test Operations

As a Unit Process Engineering intern, you'll be an integral part of our operations team, focusing on the final stages of semiconductor production.

You'll work closely with experienced engineers to optimize test processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that drive efficiency and productivity in a highly automated manufacturing facility.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Test Operations & Automation Support: Assist unit process engineers in Final Test operations and automation projects.
• Risk & Deviation Management: Assist in deviation management, crisis management, risk management and mitigation.
• Change Management: Assist in change management projects.
• Process Documentation & Control: Assist in developing and maintaining Process Flow/FMEA/SOP/OCAP/Control Plan documents.
  
  Internship learning outcomes:
• Operational Understanding: Understand day-to-day operation tasks in Semiconductor Backend Test.
• Statistical Process Control: Gain understanding of Statistical Process Control and Deviation management in Backend Test.
• Data Analysis & Representation: Learn production data analysis and how to statistically represent data.
• Automation Exposure: Gain insight into automation projects in an Advanced Manufacturing Facility.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Educational Background: On track to attain Bachelor in Automation / Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
• Personal Attributes: A self-driven individual with strong analytical ability & problem-solving skills.
• Team Collaboration: Enjoy working with people, coordinating tasks.
• Technical Bonus Skills: Knowledge in Tableau, UiPath and Python will be added advantage.
