About Complete Robot
We are an early-stage, venture-backed company currently operating out of San Francisco, building AI-enabled systems for automated physical environments.
The company works at the intersection of AI agents, connected devices, user experience, machine data, and real-world commercial operations. Complete Robot Inc. was founded by Tomasz Stańczak, founder of Nethermind and former Co-Executive Director of the Ethereum Foundation.

About the role:
We are looking for an Industrial Integration Engineer to make our technology work with real machines, devices, partner environments, and early customer pilots.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone comfortable with hardware, field debugging, wiring, devices, customer sites, documentation, and real-world deployment constraints.
For candidates who can start immediately, there may be an opportunity to join the founding team in San Francisco, stay with the team, and build together from a prestigious San Francisco accelerator environment. This is subject to availability, travel and visa requirements, role fit, and mutual agreement.
Responsibilities:
Integrate the company's edge, software, data, and user-facing systems with physical machines and devices.
Set up and maintain demo units, test environments, and pilot hardware.
Work with internal engineers and external partner technical teams.
Support device interfaces, peripherals, payment-adjacent systems, sensors, screens, and connectivity components.
Create integration notes, installation guides, test checklists, and troubleshooting documentation.
Identify failure modes and help design reliable fallback behavior.
Support field pilots and technical customer conversations.
Requirements:
Experience with industrial integration, hardware integration, vending machines, payment terminals, kiosks, retail automation, industrial IoT, field engineering, or machine deployment.
Ability to debug hardware and software interactions.
Comfort with electrical, mechanical, and software-adjacent troubleshooting.
Ability to read technical documentation, wiring diagrams, device manuals, and API documentation.
Experience with Linux devices, networking, sensors, peripherals, or machine interfaces.
Spanish fluency required.
Professional English required.
Must Haves:
Experience with vending machines, payment systems, telemetry, POS, kiosks, or unattended retail.
Experience with machine retrofits, field installation, hardware testing, or pilot deployments.
Experience working with operators, technicians, OEM engineers, or customer technical teams.
Experience with logistics, spare parts, test labs, or hardware QA.
Success in the first 90 days:
You help set up the first integration environment.
You get the prototype working with real machines or partner hardware.
You identify the main integration risks for pilots.
You create the first installation and testing checklist.
Success in the first 6-12 months:
The company can reliably support field integrations and pilot deployments.
Customers and partners trust the technical execution.
You become a key owner of integration and field readiness.
