About the team
The Digital Industry Technology team is responsible for digital continuity and data quality across all manufacturing activities of Thales Hengelo. We foster a strong growth in demand to our products and to realize this the Digital Industry Technology team carries out various digitalization and automation projects. For that reason, we are looking for a Industrial Information Systems Engineer.
About your future job
Digital Transformation is one of the key elements needed to support the growth within the industry organization. As an Industrial Information Systems Engineer, you will work in a multidisciplinary team to help maximize the value of technology and optimize their operations through the use of automation, data analysis, and other innovative methods.
You will help with automating and supporting our production processes with applications, data analytics, computer-controlled machines and artificial intelligence to create a more efficient and cost-effective manufacturing process. Additionally, you use your IT knowledge to collaborate with the IT department in developing and managing applications that can be used to further improve the manufacturing process.
