We are looking for a passionate Industrial Garment Sewer to join our team and contribute to building a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Operates industrial sewing machines in accordance with operational procedures
- Performs quality checks to ensure finished products and processes meet quality standards
- Performs minor maintenance and repairs on sewing machines and equipment
- Prepares sample products as needed
- Assists in separation of knitting bands or product
- Assists in packaging of finished garments, following shipping and handling procedures
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:- The ability to construct garments in efficient and effective manner
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Physical ability to perform tasks like sitting for long periods, making repetitive motions, handling materials, and bending or twisting.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the industry as an industrial sewer
- Bonus: Understanding the mechanical aspect of sewing machine operation
