Qualification
- Male, age 25 - 35 years
- High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Engineering license
- 3 years of experience in O&M, M&E
- Possessing skills in PM planning and maintenance subcontractors in the operation
- Good English communication, interpersonal & organizational skills, self-motivated and self-starter
- Can drive a car and have a driving license
- Good Computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and AutoCAD)
- Can able to Chainese communication would be considered as a plus
Responsibility
- Supervise and manage the mechanical system and electrical system in Industrial estate
- Control the cost of maintenance
- Participate in ISO14001 and ISO9001 systems
- Manage and Support operation and construction team, including analyzing and troubleshooting the problem during the operation phase
- Creating and innovating the solution to improve the efficiency, co-ordinate, and help manage the team to achieve the target plan
- Able to create plans and improve the work method for any future project and technolog
- Manage and control preventive maintenance work as the plan
- Coordinate and follow-up to solve problems for customers
- Perform other tasks as assigned
