Job Description

Overall governance
• Cascade and implement SHEQ and functional-related policies and ISO standards to subordinates and relevant stakeholders, in order to ensure that work practices are aligned with policies.
• Propose, periodically revise and gain approval on work processes and procedures to ensure efficient operation.
• Develop, propose, obtain approval, monitor and optimize utilization of unit’s resources and budget against company’s budget, to ensure optimization and the right prioritization of resources and budget.

Function-related accountabilities
• Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of suppliers regarding security, landscape, road, drainage, lighting, transformer outsourcing service, and construction operation of customer properties, to ensure supplier reliability, operations are in compliance with SHEQ-related policies and standards, and expected outcomes are successfully fulfilled.
• Manage and control all activities in sites that are related to SHEQ and ISO matters, including SHEQ compliance monitoring, unusual incident inspection, emergency response and reporting, and determine corrective actions/ identify room for improvement to ensure site operations are in compliance with SHEQ and ISO standards and policies, and issues are properly managed.
• Manage, control, and perform activities to ensure all backlogs according to reports are considered, handled, or escalated to relevant parties to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage coordination with relevant parties e.g., maintenance teams, outsourcing maintenance providers, and government agencies to ensure all facilities provided for customers within the site are well maintained.
• Review supplier performance and provide suggestions as necessary to ensure expectations are met according to agreements.
• Provide support to customers including before, during, and post-construction processes regarding inquiry and issue tracking, as well as report the progress of resolution to customers periodically, to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Solidify relationships with suppliers, communities, customers, etc. to gain insights and a better understanding of issues/concerns to balance the interests of all stakeholders.
