วิศวกรโครงการ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ควบคุมงาน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ และควบคุมงบประมาณงานก่อสร้าง อาคาร และ ระบบสาธารณูโภคสำหรับนิคมอุตสาหกรรม ได้แก่ งานขุดดินถมดินและปรับระดับพื้นที่ งานถนน งานท่อระบายน้ำ งานระบบท่อน้ำอุตสาหกรรม งานระบบท่อรวบรวมน้ำเสีย งานระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย และงานระบบผลิตน้ำอุตสาหกรรม เป็นต้น ให้เป็นไปตามแบบก่อสร้าง รายการประกอบแบบ และงบประมาณที่กำหนด
• วางแผน บริหารจัดการ แก้ไขปัญหาอุปสรรค เพื่อให้งานมีความก้าวหน้าตามแผนที่กำหนด
• ถอดแบบ ประมาณราคา จัดทำ BOQ จัดทำงบประมาณ และตรวจสอบงานเพิ่มลด สำหรับงานระบบสาธารณูปโภคข้างต้นได้
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้างระบบสาธารณูปโภคของโครงการ

คุณสมบัติ

• เพศ ชาย
• อายุ 30-35 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา
• มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (ภาคีวิศวกร/สามัญวิศวกร)
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานตามที่ระบุในหน้าที่ความรับชอบอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft office, Microsoft project และ AutoCad ได้ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับการนำเสนอผลการปฏิบัติงานได้
• ปฏิบัติงาน ที่ สำนักงานกรุงเทพฯ
• หากมีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ทางด้านปฐพีกลศาสตร์ หรือ วิศวกรรมปฐพี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct Construction control, Quality assurance and Budget control of building and facilities construction works in industrial estate projects: Land grading, Road system, Storm drainage system, Industrial water distribution system, Wastewater collection system, Wastewater treatment plant and Water treatment plant to comply with Approved construction drawings, Specifications and Budget.
• Plan, Manage and Mitigate challenges to control construction progress as schedule.
• Takeoff quantity, estimate cost, prepare BOQ, prepare budget and verify additional works for such construction works.
• Coordinate with officials relevant to construction of facilities in industrial estates

Qualifications

• Gender: Male
• Age: 30-35 years
• Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Thai Professional Engineering License: Associate Engineer or Professional Engineer
• Experience: 5 years in related field
• Software: At least Microsoft office, Microsoft project and AutoCAD
• English proficiency: Moderate level for communication and presentation in English
• Work location: Bangkok
• Additional qualification: Applicants with Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical engineering background is preferable.
