Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve
Lead the implementation of Plant Policy Deployment and drive daily SQDCM activities to achieve operational objectives.
Develop, monitor, and report key performance indicators, budgets, and process performance to support business goals.
Lead process development, industrialization, and feasibility studies for new products, equipment, and production improvements.
Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, customer requirements, and management systems, including Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Information Security, and industry standards.
Standardize manufacturing processes, work methods, documentation, and best practices across AMGs, ensuring adherence to APS and Autoliv standards.
Manage production flow, capacity planning, line balancing, machine acceptance, and process readiness to support efficient operations.
Provide technical leadership, training, coaching, and development for Industrial Engineering teams and support employee growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, productivity, efficiency, and organizational performance, including participation in problem-solving and corrective action activities.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, risk management, benchmarking, and process optimization while promoting team engagement and motivation.
Represent the function during internal and external audits, ensure business continuity and emergency preparedness, and maintain up-to-date resource and risk assessments.
If you have/are:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
English – Advanced level (written and spoken).
Technical drawing interpretation knowledge.
Machine automation and manufacturing processes knowledge.
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) knowledge
SPC (Statistical Process Control) knowledge
MSA (Measurement System Analysis) knowledge
Control Plan development and implementation.
Automotive process approach and manufacturing standards.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities.
