QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years of professional experience and/or internship background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering)
Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to deliver presentations effectively
Strong command of MS Office applications (particularly Excel and Access)
Knowledge of or interest in financial analysis concepts and terminology
No restrictions for travel
Valid Class B driving license with active driving experience
Military service completed for male candidates
Strong sense of ownership and accountability in fulfilling responsibilities
Proactive, self-motivated, and open to continuous learning and development
Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Clear career objectives and a results-oriented mindset
Plan and monitor productivity targets at the PKG operational level in alignment with the overall business plan
Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with performance, service, measurement, operational plans, and staffing standards; analyze findings to identify strengths and areas for improvement
Develop accurate work measurement systems to ensure efficient operational planning and optimal job design
Provide appropriate methodologies, operational planning, and technical training to relevant teams
Support operations in the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and operational plans to drive efficiency and achieve optimal performance
