Location: Phum Toul Pungro, Sangkat Chom Chao 1, Khan Pursenchey, Phnom Penh

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operation breakdown for production processes.
• Analyze samples and set standard operation times
• Attend pre-production meetings
• Develop line balancing and machine layout strategies.
• Implement efficiency improvement methods
• Conduct capacity studies and production planning
• Ensure proper line balancing during staff absences.
• Monitor operator performance and reduce inefficiencies.

Job Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in the garment industry as an Industrial Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in English & Khmer (spoken and written)
• Honest, self-motivated, and hardworking
• Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
• Leadership ability to motivate teams and ensure smooth production.
• Computer literate, with experience in relevant software.
