Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards
• Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve productivity
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence
• Manage and develop production staff, fostering teamwork and high performance
• Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) is a plus
• Willingness to relocate and work in Northern Thailand
