Job responsibilities:
Participates in the launch or transfer of production lines;
Contribute to the respect for product quality and safety regulations;
Participates in continuous improvement on the line;
Reduction of the line’s specifications in accordance with the Autoliv manufacturing process specifications and Autoliv standards;
Take part in the creation of the PFMEA;
Monitoring the supplier's activity for achieving the quality and deadlines;
Take part in the line validation before the start of production;
Creation of line documentation;
Support the production department on line rump up by training the operators, line leaders, and technicians.
Experience:
Basic knowledge of mechanics and automated processes;
Basic knowledge of electricity;
Basic knowledge of process performance analysis can be an advantage
Experience in process engineering on automated lines can be an advantage.
Personal skills:
Working knowledge of English;
Team-oriented;
