Position Overview:
We are seeking Industrial Engineer Interns to join our Fort Worth, TX team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and production efficiency within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers and operations leaders, gaining valuable exposure to real-world challenges and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in time studies, workflow design, and capacity analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.
- Participate in special projects and support day-to-day engineering tasks.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus.
