Young Talent Accelerator Program - 2-Year International Journey

Are you a recent graduate (June 2026) or up to 2 years after graduation from a Technical University eager to dive into a dynamic career with boundless opportunities, this tailor-made opportunity is calling for you.

At Valeo, we are looking for ambitious young talents who want to grow fast, take responsibility early, and shape the future of mobility.

Join our 2-year international Young Talent Accelerator Program and build your career in a our production site in Rakovník.

We are looking for candidates for these positions:

Industrial Engineer

At the end of your 2-year journey your landing position will be an Industrial Engineer. You will be able to

• Lead industrial technologies within the assigned perimeter

• Manage the Process Expertise Center and industrial network (plants, production, industrialization)

• Coordinate interfaces between platform and other process expertise centers

• Define and deploy standard processes, tools, equipment, and supplier panels

• Align industrial strategy and plans with the company's mid-term planning

• Drive global product and process standardization; validate standards

• Oversee and validate industrialization projects with expert support

• Define plant allocation, program budgets, and equipment transfers

• Participate in key governance forums (project management committee, sourcing, project reviews)

• Ensure site performance (delivery, quality, asset utilization) and support ramp-up

Let’s talk about you:

• EU citizen or possibility to travel and work internationally (EU) without VISA

• Master Degree from a Technical university - max. up to 2 years after graduation

• Short experience abroad - working or study

• Previous short working experience during / after studies

• Above average study results (ideally 2.0 score and lower)

• High level of enthusiasm and motivation and able to take input from others

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues in English to different audiences in both written and verbal forms, e.g. reports, specifications, presentations

• Driven from within and is capable of autonomous decision making

• Good team player ableness to work within a multinational team environment & assertiveness
