What you ´ll do

Are you passionate about solving problems and making things better every day? As a Industrial engineer, you will identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce losses, and contribute to the successful launch of new vehicle programs while supporting world-class manufacturing operations.

  • Create and maintain the stations lay out/work balancing/BIS configuration.
  • Perform time studies (eg. SAM analysis/cycle time/clock studies).
  • Preparation and introduction of rebalances and process optimization.
  • Support Launch/RCP in introduction of product and process change.
  • Generate opportunities and develop proposals for improvement.
  • Physical analysis and optimization of production workstations/logistic flows.
  • Participate in Kaizen Workshops and other continuous improvement initiatives eg. M3MU.
  • Transfer of PII’s from PII system to used balancing system.
  • Secure communication towards In-plant customer.
  • Follow up and start actions on deviations on Shop Engineering related targets scorecard and masterplan, or project targets.
  • Responsible for adherence to standard processes, methods, and tools within Shop Engineering.
  • Coach and mentor employees by leveraging your expertise and knowledge within your role and area of responsibility

What you'll bring

  • University degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or equivalent technical engineering background
  • Some years of relevant experience.
  • Experience from running production in car manufacturing Stamping Shop will be highly meritorious. Experiences from other shops, it is also meritorious as well as other engineering roles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Slovak and English language.
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement.
  • Experience with time studies (SAM certification is an advantage).
  • Good English, Slovak communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR.

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
