
The Industrial Engineer Network Strategy supports the development and optimization of the company’s supply chain network through strategic planning, network modeling, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining Long Range Planning (LRP) models, supporting annual Peak Planning activities, contributing to 10-Year Network Planning efforts, and identifying opportunities to improve network efficiency while supporting business growth.
The position leverages data analytics, network modeling tools, including Coupa Supply Chain Design (Llamasoft), and Lean methodologies to evaluate network performance, assess future capacity needs, and support strategic decision-making. Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, Finance, and Engineering teams, the Industrial Engineer provides analytical insights and recommendations that improve service, reduce costs, and optimize network performance.

Individual pay decisions will be based on a variety of factors, such as but not limited to, qualifications, education, job-related skills, relevant experience, and geographic location.
Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
